Harmari Is Deploying a Full-Service Short-Term Rental Compliance Program to help the City with growing tourism.

(Harmari) is pleased to announce that through a partnership with Avenu Insights & Analytics LLC, it will provide a Full-Service Short-Term Rental (STR) Compliance Program to the City of South Padre Island, TX. The Harmari Short-Term Rental (STR) solution provided by LTAS is the industry leader in providing a guaranteed accuracy of 95% for houses, 75% for condominiums and apartments, along with at least two supporting evidence screenshots.
