Dear Harmari customers and friends,
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic reaching North America, we at Harmari have taken emergency measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, the general public, and of course our friends and customers.
- As of March 16, all staff have been instructed to work from home, or work remotely to follow strict distancing orders by our government. All staff have been briefed on hand-sanitizing, avoiding social contact, avoiding vulnerable individuals such as seniors and those with respiratory ailments and prior conditions
- All work-related travel has been postponed indefinitely pending the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic
- All our customer support, web portals, and services will remain fully operational. Our data center is secured and following emergency protocol. If you need special accommodations because your agency is telecommuting, we would be happy to make those accommodations. Please also be patient as our staff are locked down with their children in a “home office” arrangement and might need to tend to their children as all schools are closed
- Please adhere any government emergency announcements related to shelter-in-place, to minimize the effect of spread of this virus. Please do not hoard food, or emergency equipment from those that need it the most (elderly, prior conditions, health care staff)
